1. General

1. By registering an account on our website, you represent that you understand and accept the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”), where “we” stands for Wild Casino which provides games on the website www.wild-casino.in (the “Site”).

2. Opening an Account

1. To register at our casino, you must be over 18 years of age and above the age at which gambling and gambling activities are legal under the law or jurisdiction applicable to you. If funds are deposited by an underage individual, the funds and any prizes will be forfeited by the MGA.

2. When registering, you must provide the following valid personal information, which matches your identity documents:

This information will be stored in our database, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we find any discrepancies during the verification process, we will treat the situation as a violation of the Terms and take appropriate action.

In order for us to activate your account, we will need to send a verification code to your mobile phone. Please make sure the mobile number you provided is valid to avoid delays in activation.

3. You must inform us of any changes to your personal or financial details (such as address, bank account or e-wallet account) on and from registration that may affect the use of your player account.

4. You can only register one player account for use on all our products. If we find that you have opened multiple accounts, all but one will be closed. We will investigate the reason for opening the extra accounts before deciding how to handle any accumulated funds. Funds deposited in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

5. You must register personally and not sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players. You must also not transfer funds between player accounts.

6. If you register and use our services in violation of the Terms, your account will be closed immediately, prizes will be forfeited and any remaining balance that may be refunded will be subject to administration and processing fees. Refunds can only be issued to a payment method we deem appropriate (bank account or e-wallet). Violation of the Terms includes, but is not limited to: registration in the incorrect country of residence (especially when we do not offer our services in your country of residence) or registration with third party data.

7. We have the legal right to decide when to refuse to open or close a player’s account, and we are under no obligation to provide a reason or give advance notice, but will respect any contractual obligations already undertaken. We will refund any balances in accordance with the standard payment procedures below. We also have the right to limit player deposits, withdrawals or wagers in accordance with our risk management policies.

8. We will carry out a document verification procedure, known as “Know Your Customer” (KYC) to positively identify players in accordance with requirements set by the relevant regulatory authorities for the use of the Site. You must provide official printed documents such as proof of photo ID, proof of address and any other documentation necessary to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided on your registration.

3. Accessing your Account

1. The email address entered at registration will become the single login for your account, and you will be able to enter your own personal password using letters and numbers for additional security.

2. You need your account email and password to access the Site and use our services. Keep your account details confidential by storing the information securely or memorizing it.

3. You must be the only person accessing your account. We have the right to close your account and withhold the balance if we suspect it is being used or controlled by someone else, or being used fraudulently.

4. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by third parties on your account. If you suspect that a third party has gained access to your account, please report this immediately and assist us with any subsequent investigation.

5. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the password recovery tool on the Site. If you forget your account email and password, please contact customer service for assistance.

6. You can only access your account once at a time – multiple betting sessions are not supported by our system; a new login attempt will close the previous session after you click to confirm your intent.

7. You can opt out of receiving marketing materials, such as email newsletters and SMS communication, through the website in the Personal Settings section.

4. Player Funds

1. We keep player funds separate from company funds in exclusive accounts with trusted banks in Malta. This is done to protect player funds.

2. We are required to provide the MGA with monthly updates regarding player funds to ensure that our liability to players does not exceed funds in player accounts.

3. We are also obligated to return all player funds held in the player’s account or e-wallet to the designated bank account in the event of insolvency.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. To gain full access to our products and services, you must deposit funds into your account. We do not offer credit to your account, nor do we pay interest on your deposit. We should not be seen as a financial institution.

2. Funds deposited with us must be yours and legally obtained. Suspicious funds transfers may be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.

3. Your account currency can be selected during registration, becoming the currency for all transactions on your account. Please contact support if you need to change.

4. All betting services will show your bet amount, available balance and relevant currency. Exchange rate conversions will be applied at the prevailing rate announced by the European Central Bank or the central bank of the country issuing the currency.

5. Deposits are processed according to the deadlines, security restrictions and individual fees for each method.

6. We have the right to correct any discrepancies and apparent errors that may have occurred in your account funds.

7. Deposits or withdrawals must be made to and from an account or card registered in your name, unless it is an unnamed prepaid card. If the name on your credit card does not match the name on your player account, the account will be blocked and a further investigation will be conducted, eventually resulting in your account being closed and your balance forfeited.

8. You may withdraw funds from your account using any of the withdrawal methods available to you on the Site.

9. You must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit. Otherwise, we may decline the withdrawal request in favor of the original payment method.

10. For any payment method, withdrawals will only be sent to the same account from which the funds were originally deposited into the player’s account.

11. We have the right to send withdrawals to your wallet account using the recommended payment service provider, Skrill, if you fund your account using a one-way method that does not accept payments.

6. Payment Options and Fees

1. You can fund your account using all available payment methods on the Deposit page. Please note that these payment methods may change from time to time and we are entitled to accept payment methods subject to certain conditions. Payment providers are country specific, so they may vary depending on the country your account is held in.

2. Wild-casino does not charge processing fees. Please contact your payment provider to see if any extra charges apply.

3. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable fees and/or taxes to the respective authorities in your jurisdiction.

4. If we are required to pay chargebacks, reversals or other charges related to your account, we reserve the right to charge your account to cover the disbursed amount.

7. Other Account Features

1. You can close your account at any time by submitting an email request, and you can withdraw all unused balances without penalty. Certain processing fees may apply in accordance with our General Terms of Use.

2. You can set deposit limit, bet limit and loss limit for your account if you want to have more control over your game. You can also self-exclude to be barred from betting on our Site for a certain period of time. See our Responsible Gaming Policy .

3. You must not transfer funds between player accounts.

8. AML Policy

1. We have a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any criminal or rule-breaking activity (“Fraud”) is prohibited and may result in the player’s account being closed and its balance forfeited.

2. Frauds include: payment with stolen bank cards or coupons, use of compromised e-wallet access, collusion between players, providing false registration data, forgery of documents and requests for chargebacks for false claims.

3. We will use technical and human resources to verify all transactions and prevent money laundering through:

  • Application of payment restrictions described in the Deposits and Withdrawals section
  • Monitoring the opening of linked player accounts
  • Maintaining an audit trail of changes made to player accounts

4. You must wager any deposit at least once before you can withdraw.

5. If we have reason to suspect involvement with Fraud, we may block your account until our investigations are completed and the Fraud case resolved.

6. If any of these Terms are violated or if we have reason to suspect Fraud, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account and deny access to all of our products at any time without prior notice or compensation. Any available balance in your account, pending investigation and upon completion, may be used to cover any damages or amounts you owe us.

7. We will report any suspicious transactions or cases of fraud to the appropriate authorities and we reserve the right to cooperate fully with these authorities in any investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity associated with your player account. We may allow authorities to inspect player account data for further investigation and final decision.
